Village Grocer Kids Colouring Contest
Pick up a colouring sheet from Blind Bay or Sorrento Village Grocer and return your sheet at either location by April 18 for a chance to win an Easter Basket filled with goodies. Remember to print your name and phone number on the back of your sheet. The winner will be announced on April 19.
Meet the Easter Bunny at Village Grocer
On April 19, the Easter Bunny will be handing out goodies for kids at Sorrento Village Grocer from 10 am - 11 am and Blind Bay Village Grocer from 12 pm - 1 pm.
Notch Hill Spring Homestead Market and Petting Zoo
There will be Easter eggs hidden in the park at the Notch Hill Spring Homestead Market and Petting Zoo on April 19, 10 am – 3 pm. The event at Notch Hill Community Park (1639 Notch Hill Road), is organized by the Notch Hill Town Hall Association and features over 30 market vendors, a petting zoo, hot dogs, ice cream, soups and more. This is a cash event.
Sorrento Lions Easter Egg Hunt
Kids are invited to hunt for more than 7,000 eggs during the annual Sorrento Lions Club Children’s Easter Egg Hunt at the Sorrento/Blind Bay Community Park on April 20. The hunt begins at 11am and will be followed by a visit from the Easter Bunny who will be arriving by fire truck at 11:30am. Bring a basket. There will be hot dogs and hot chocolate provided by the River of Life Church. Other activities include an all-ages Easter Bonnet Contest with prizes available for the best bonnets.
