The Blind Bay Painters have moved to a new home at the Sorrento Centre. We have received a very warm welcome by all the staff at the centre and specially thank Kathy and Michael for their assistance in making our move happen seamlessly.

For 58 years, we were proud to be a part of the Blind Bay Hall community as a supporting member group, volunteering and taking on board positions during some challenging times to help ensure the hall’s survival. This year brought changes that prompted us to seek a new home. While it was difficult to leave such a long-standing partnership, we are excited to move forward and continue painting together in a creative and supportive environment.

NEW LOCATION

The Red Barn at the Sorrento Centre is our new home, located at 1159 Passchendaele Road in Sorrento, BC. We meet each Tuesday from 9 am to 2 pm and welcome new members of all levels. From beginners to professional painters, all are encouraged to come and find support for your creative journey.

We look forward to seeing you all along with our previously supportive patrons and past members at our annual show and sale in June. Dates, times, and location will be announced soon.

If you are interested in becoming a Blind Bay Painter member or would like further information, you can email me at jtokersix@gmail.com, or you are welcome to drop in for a meet and greet coffee and chat on Tuesdays.
